A red 2023 Ford Edge driving over a bridge.

The 2023 Ford Edge is an SUV worth taking a closer look at. This vehicle comes standard with a surprisingly large 12-inch touchscreen. The trim levels reveal additions like an available panoramic vista roof with two panels. Ford has equipped this SUV with plenty worth learning more about.

Trim Levels

Drivers have a tough choice to make when it comes to the Edge. There are five different trim levels, starting with the SE. Upgrading to the SEL adds LED fog lamps, making it easy to see when driving in any weather condition. The SEL has available silver roof rack side rails and comes standard with Ford Co-Pilot 360 Assist+.

The ST-Line adds a leather-wrapped steering wheel with red stitching and a Wi-Fi hotspot. The Titanium makes a 12-speaker sound system available and adds automatic high beams and rear parking sensors. The top-tier ST adds a power liftgate, an enhanced active park assist system, and the 12-speaker B&O sound system is standard. This trim level has the option to add a wireless charging pad.

Available Panoramic Vista Roof

The Titanium and ST models have an available panoramic vista roof. This adds two glass panels over the first and second rows. The front panel opens to let in more air and an even better view.

Infotainment

Surprisingly, the base trim level comes with a 12-inch center-stack multi-function screen. This screen is large, placed vertically, and easy to see from the driver’s seat.

Exterior

The SE trim level comes standard with privacy glass on the rear doors, quarter windows, and liftgate windows. On the base trim level, the liftgate is operated manually, though there is an available power liftgate for higher trims.

The standard Edge comes with manual folding mirrors and a side-view rear-window defroster with a washer and wiper. It also comes with LED taillights with amber turn signals.

Interior

The SE’s steering wheel comes with control buttons for the cruise control and audio system. It also comes with a cargo management system and eight cupholders. The available cargo accessory package adds a rear bumper protector, retractable cargo area cover, and cargo mat.

Advanced Safety Technology

The lane-keeping system and blind spot information system are standard on the base trim level. The blind spot information system includes a cross-traffic alert. This system alerts the driver to any cars in blind spots. The cross-traffic alert alerts the driver of traffic when backing the vehicle up.

The Edge comes with options that will appeal to a wide range of drivers. This is an SUV worth learning more about. Visit Coughlin Ford of Heath now to see our wide selection of new vehicles
